Exactly what we needed but it's not easy to install. We tried dishwashing soap and that didn't seem to help. We ended up spraying a little cooking spray and that helped a little. It was a 2-man job for us to install it.

Nice quality, only problem I had is that I have Wayne Dalton garage doors & the rubber that is supposed to slide into the tracks was way to wide so I had to cut both sides of each piece to get it to fit. Then it would not slide in, even after applying dish soap like they suggest, so I used a screw driver to push it into the tracks. Kind of a pain, but it worked, & I had 3 garage doors to do that way. Just double check your track width before ordering.

Perfectly fit inside the grooves on the bottom of my garage door. Was easy to cut off the excess. Looks so much better than the old broken garage door seal. Great tip - put a little bit of dish detergent on the beginning part of the seal and slowly and carefully slide it down the length of the door. Was able to do it by myself. Seals very well against the ground.
