    INDUSTRIAL LIGHT FIXTURE COVER, model #HR-100-150
    (the cover only, not the entire fixture). Besides the model number, there are three other identification numbers on the base: 2213DS B-3510 and P/N 08 7255 and a catalog no. of HP-1-100.
    This Killark Industrial Light Fixture Cover measures approximately 5 3/4" tall by about 7" in diameter; and it weighs approximately 4 3/4lbs.
